Paleo Cauliflower Fritters – Recipe
Here it is for all you GLUTEN FREE & GRAIN FREE cauliflower fritter lovers!!!
1/2 large cauliflower cut into smallish pieces and steamed until quite soft
2 tbsp buckwheat flour or almond meal
1/4 red chilli
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Parsly sprig finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely diced
Coconut or Olive oil for shallow frying
Mash cooked cauliflower well or throw all ingredients into a food processor, add all ingredients to combine. Heat coconut oil on medium heat and shallow fry for around 3-4 minutes on each side.
I have served mine up with steamed spinach, sauerkraut, mushrooms & a poached egg…nom nom nom!
