    The no-pressure facilitation style. The videos by Kelly Turner. Sharing by others participants -> connection! The food – tasty 10/10. The venue. Lovely, warm, light, compatible. Safety – to be open – honest and real. For me personally, my eyes have been opened to wider possibilities – especially in the spiritual/emotional healing realm.

    Being surrounded by people on a similar journey and great that the instructor is a cancer survivor herself because she’s walked the walk. Really loved the guided meditation that Dr. Kelly Turner took us through in Session 4! Staircase-meeting someone – been given a box with something in it, with something inspired on it (message). Loved all the food, great to know what is out there that helps our bodies.
