RAW boysenberry balls – recipe

How, I love balls. Raw superfood boysenberry balls that is, no getting your other train of thoughts excited PLEASE!! This recipe has only a few ingredients, all of which are super foods in their whole, raw form. I had trouble restraining myself from eating all the mix before I rolled them out but I can proudly say I only devoured like…..3 of them. I still had some boysenberries in my freezer from last seasons pick and was looking for something to make so this is my creation!!! Amounts below are so not accurate cos I never think to write down how much I used of each ingredient….so it’s approximate. I didn’t add any sweetener to these as they are sweet enough for me, but if you like sweetness you could add some maple syrup, honey or stevia.

1 cup cashews- soaked over night and rinsed
1/2 cup ground golden linseeds
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
4 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tbsp coconut butter
3/4 cup boysenberries
1 heaped tablespoon RAW protein powder

Add all ingredients to blender, roll in more coconut and set in freezer 😀
